Abstract: INFORMATION REQUESTED OF OFFERORS IS SPECIFIC TO EACH PROCUREMENT SOLICITATION AND IS REQUIRED FOR TREASURY TO EVALUATE PROPERLY THE CAPABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE OF POTENTIAL CONTRACTORS WHO DESIRE TO PROVIDE THE SUPPLIES OR SERVICES TO BE ACQUIRED.
