Abstract: THE FORM RW-859 COLLECTS DATA TO BE USED BY THE OFFICE OF CIVILIAN RADIOACTIVE WASTE MANAGEMENT TO DEFINE, DEVELOP, AND OPERATE ITS PROGRAMS WHICH REQUIRE INFORMATION ON SPENT NUCLEAR FUEL INVENTORIES, GENERATION RATES, AND STORGE CAPACITIES. RESPONDENTS ARE ALL OWNERS OF NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS AND OWNERS OF SPENT NUCLEAR FUEL.
