Abstract: UNDER TITLE II OF THE HOUSING AMENDMENTS OF 1955, HUD MADE LOANS TO NON FEDERAL AGENCIES TO BUILD ESSENTIAL PUBLIC WORKS. THE LOANS ARE IN THE FORM OF BONDS ISSUED BY THE AGENCIES WHICH ARE PURCHASED BY HUD. THE PROGRAM WAS TERMINATED AND TRANSFERRED TO THE REVOLVING FUND (LIQUIDATING PROGRAMS) IN 1975.
