IN SUPPORT OF THE USIA PROCUREMENT PROCESS IS NECESSARY TO EVALUATE
OFFERS AND RESPONSES FROM POTENTIAL SUPPLIERS FOR PRODUCTS AND
SERVICES FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAKING AWARDS IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE
REQUIREMENTS OF THE FEDERAL PROPERTY AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
