This collection
appears to go much further than required by NRC. The monitoring
program called for my the NRC license (copies of the relevant pages
were attached to the supporting statement) merely refer to "a
census of animals plroducing milk for human consumption ... (to be)
conducted at the beginning and at the middle of the growing season
It also requires a land use census identifying milk animals,
residence and fresh leafy vegetation, at least once per 12 months.
The supporti statement should fully justify the collection of any
information not specifically required by NRC.
