Abstract: LEASING POLICIES - OIL AND GAS GEOTHERMAL RESOURCES. THE REGULATIONS AT 43 CFR 3100 AND 3200 PROVIDE FOR THE LEASING OF OIL AND GAS AND GEOTHERMAL RESOURCES. FORM 3000-2 IS USED BY INDIVIDUALS, SMALL BUSINESSES AND OIL COMPANIES TO SUBMIT BIDS FOR COMPETITIVE OIL, GAS AND GEOTHERMAL LEASES. FORM 3200-9 IS USED BY INDIVIDUAL, SMALL BUSINESSES AND OIL COMPANIES TO ENABLE THE BLM TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY ACT
