THIS INFORMATIO IS USED BY REGULATORY AUTHORITY IN MONITORING AND INSPECTING SURFACE MINING ACTIVITIES TO ENSRE THAT THEY ARE CONDUCTED IN A MANNER WHICH PRESERVES AND ENHANCES ENVIRONMENTAL AND OTHER VALUES OF THE ACT.
