Abstract: THIS INFORMATION REQUEST IS TO SUPPORT THE REGULATORY IMPACT ANALYSIS OF THE PEL REVISIONS FOR ABOUT 400 HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS. SECONDARY DATA SOURCES WILL IDENTIFY THOSE BUSINESSES WHO USE SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF THESE CHEMICALS, AND INFORMATION ON PROCESS/EXPOSURE UNITS, ENGINEERING CONTROLS, PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT, AND GENERAL FIRM CHARACTERISTICS WILL BE SOUGHT.
