Approved through
February 1989. The bid protest procedures should be reviewed as
appropriate for new or expanded coverage in the Federal Acquisition
Regulations. Accordingly, the Department should submit a case to
the Council to consider the use of standard reporting requirements
for the bid protest procedures across the procuring agencies. With
the next submission of these information collections for clearance,
the Department should provide a report on the status of the
standardization effort. We are prepared to work with you to
complete this effort. The information collections approved on
1/21/1987 continue to be cleared under OMB NO. 1505-0081 with an
expiration date of January, 1990.
