submitted on quarterly basis. Specifically, EPA should investigate

ONWERS AND OPERATORS OF STEAM
GENERATING UNITS WITH HEAT INPUT CAPACITIES GREATER THAN 29 MW (100
MILLION BTU/HR) WILL BE REQUIRED TO MONITOR OPACITY AND NITROGEN
OXIDES AND SUBMIT QUARTERLY REPORTS OF EXCESS EMISSIONS AND QUALITY
ASSURANCE TEST RESULTS. THIS INFORMATION IS NECESSARY TO ENSURE
