Terms of Clearance: Approved with the following conditions. With the next submission of this information collection requirement for OMB review, HUD must report on the feasibility of requiring only a compliance certification from PHAs in lieu of a listing of housing manager positions. HUD should also provide a justification for requiring that public housing managers be certified by HUD-approved organizations that fully addresses this requirement's practical utility.
