Abstract: SERVICES FOR DEAF-BLIND CHILDREN AND YOUTH - THE SIX FORMS ARE NECESSARY TO COLLECT DATA FROM GRANTEES RECEIVING FUNDING UNDER SECTION 622. THE DATA WILL BE SUBMITTED ANNUALLY TO OSEP, ANALYZED BY PROGRAM STAFF, AND THE RESULTS CONSOLIDATED IN ANNUAL REPORT TO CONGRESS.
