Abstract: A REVIEW OF STATE REGULATORY PROGRAMS IS NEEDED TO SUPPORT DEVELOPMENT OF A REGULATORY PROGRAM FOR MINING WASTES UNDER SUBTITLE D OF RCRA. TH INFORMATION COLLECTION WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE ACCURACY OF DRAFT STATE PORGRAM SUMMARIES.
