Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THE SSA-8203-BK WILL BE USED BY THE SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION TO HELP DETERMINE IF AN INDIVIDU CURRENTLY RECEIVING SUPPLEMENTAL SECURITY INCOME BENEFITS (SSI) SHOULD CONTINUE RECEIVING THOSE PAYMENTS.
