Abstract: ATF F 2928(5120.34) IS USED TO IDENTIFY TAXPAYERS, AMOUNT OF TAX DUE, TAX RETURN, TYPE OF PAYMENT FOR EACH RETURN PERIOD. THE GOVERNMENT USES THE INFORMATION TO ENSURE THAT THE CORRECT TAX HAS BEEN TIMELY PAID AND RECEIVED INTO THE PUERTO RICAN TREASURY.
