Terms of Clearance: APPROVED WITH THE CONDITION THAT NCUA SUBMIT TO OMB A COPY OF THE COVER LETTER TO BE SENT TO CREDIT UNIONS WITH THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUEST. THIS LETTER MUST STRESS THE VOLUNTARY NATURE OF THE SURVEY. NCUA MUST ALSO SEND OMB A SUMMARY OF THE RESULTS OF THE SURVEY, WITH A DISCUSSION OF PROPOSED ACTION DUE TO THE RESPONSES. THESE CONDITIONS ARE BEING IMPOSED TO ENSURE THAT THE INFORMATION COLLECTION IMPOSES THE LEAST BURDEN NECESSARY AND THAT IT HAS PRACTICAL UTILITY, AS REQUIRED BY THE PAPERWORK REDUCTION ACT AND ITS IMPLEMENTING REGULATIONS AT 5 CFR 1320.
