Abstract: ATF F 5110.52 DESCRIBES THE TAX LIABILITY AND TAX PAYMENT BY A PROPRIETOR WHO HAS SHIPPED SPIRITS FROM PUERTO RICO INTO THE UNITED STATES ON A DEFERRED BASIS (POSTED A BOND). THE FORM IDENTIFIES THE TAXPAYER, AMOUNT OF TAX DUE, METHOD AND AMOUNT OF TAXPAYMENT, RELATED RECORDS ON WHICH TAX WAS DEFERRED AND CERTIFICATION OF TAXPAYMENT BY GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS.
