EPA has done a
good job discussing the burden estimates. EPA shall submit an
annual report of additions to 8(d) to OMB referencing the OMB
number. In addition, EPA, as stated in the supporting statement,
shall study modification to the current regulations by examining
users of section 8(d) data and evaluating its worth relative to the
burden imposed. This investigation and the resulting
recommendations should be completed within three years, the
expiration date for this renewal.
