Abstract: THE FHA SINGLE FAMILY MAXIMUM MORTGAGE LIMIT IS $67500, BUT MAY INCREA UP TO $101,250 IN HIGH-COST AREAS. HUD WILL RAISE THE LIMITS ABOVE $67,500 IF HOUSING SALES PRICE DATA IS RECEIVED FROM INTERESTED PARTIE (PRIMARILY HOMEBUILDERS, MORTGAGE LENDERS AND REALTORS) WHICH JUSTIFIE AN INCREASE.
