STATES, PARTICIPATING FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS, AND RECIPIENTS OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE ARE REQUIRED TO KEEP RECORDS RELATING TO THE ASSISTANCE FOR THREE YEARS. PRESENT EXPIRATION DATE IS JANUARY 31, 1988. ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS IN 1988 NECESSITATE EXTENDING THE EXPIRATION DATE.
