This collection is approved for use under OMB control number 1115-0133 through 12/31/88 by which time the INS shall resubmit an information request that contains a detailed assessment of the status of the program as well as a full description of any concerns that may have arisen on the use of the form. INS should also give a more detailed justification for questions 32 and 34, including a description of the practical utility for the information provided in answering the questions and a justification for not making those two questions voluntary. If INS' resubmission does not address these concerns, OMB will consider other actions consistent with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980, as amended.
