collection is approved for 90 days. Upon resubmission, the agency
shall: o Within thirty days, USDA shall provide a list of all
provisions in the AGAR which result in paperwork collections
requiring OMB clearance. THis list shall divide the collections
into three categories to show whether the requirement is reported
as imposed by the FAR, the AGAR or individual contract actions. For
each paperwork collection, USDA shall provide the OMB clearance
number and an explanation of how the paperwork burden was
calculated. o Also within thirty days, USDA shall propose a
methodology for disaggregating its individual contract action
paperwork burden estimates so that the estimates associated with
specific provisions, or appropriately grouped provisions, can be
separately identified and analyzed.
