Abstract: ONE OF THE PRIMARY MEDIA THROUGH WHICH NUMEROUS INFECTIOUS OR COMMUNICABLE DISEASES OF SWINE IS TRANSMITTED IS RAW GARBAGE. 9 CFR 166 IMPLEMENTS THE PROVISIONS OF THE SWINE HEALTH PROTECTION ACT. 9 CFR 166 IMPLEMENTS THE PROVISIONS OF THE ACT. P.L. 96-468 REQUIRES ALL GARBAGE TO BE TREATED TO DESTROY INFECTIOUS AGENTS BEFORE IT IS FED TO SWINE.
