Terms of Clearance: OIRA approves the preclearance package for the HNIS CSF II in which approval for the Request for Contract was requested. When the package is resubmitted for final OMB review, HNIS is requested to address in greater detail the procedures for conducting the DHK Supplement. Specifically, OIRA is concerned that this portion of the survey be kept as short and efficient as possible, so that the additional burden placed upon CSF II respondents does not cause response rates to be significantly lower for the DHK Supplement. Because this approval is for the preclearance package only, total number of hours has not been recorded.
