THIS PROVISION REQUIRES THE REGULATORY AUTHORITY TO SUBMIT AND MAINTAIN INSPECTION REPORTS FOR PUBLIC REVIEW. THIS INFORMATION IS NECESSARY TO MEET THE PUBLIC PARTICIPATION PROVISIONS OF THE ACT.
