We have approved
these reporting requirements through December 1988 to allow the
agency sufficient time to complete the rulemaking revising these
requirements. Although the proposed rule was published April 13,
1988, the final rule has been delayed. The MSHA forms shall show
the current OMB number, expiration date, and the burden estimate as
required by 5 CFR 1320.21.
