Abstract: THE PROPOSED RESPONSE ANALYSIS SURVEY (RAS) CONTINUES THE BUREAUS WORK IN DEVELOPING PROCEDURES TO PERIODICALLY REVIEW THE PAYROLL RECORDS OF ESTABLISHMENTS IN THE BLS-790 PROGRAM. THROUGH PERIODIC REVIEW, AVAILABLE DATA SOURCES WITHIN THE ESTABLISHMENT CAN BE BETTER MATCHED WITH BLS-790 DEFINITIONS TO IMPROV DATA QUALITY.
