P.L. 99-506 REQUIRES BY JULY 1, 1988,
PUBLICATION OF INDICATORS CONSTITUTING MINIMUM COMPLIANCE WITH
EVALUATION STANDARDS. BEGINNING WITH FISCAL YEAR 1989, EACH GRANTEE
SHALL REPORT TO THE COMMISSIONER THE EXTENT TO WHICH THE GRANTEE IS
IN COMPLIANCE, GRANT RENEWALS MAY BE MADE ONLY TO GRANTEES THAT
MEET THE STANDARDS.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies

1320.8(b)(3).
