Terms of Clearance: This ICR is approved for three years. However, over the next three years, EPA (OCM and OPP) will undertake an evaluation of the reporting form to determine items which duplicate elements received in support of the section 3 program, such as, items 6, 8, 17, 19, 21, 21a and 23. Any changes to the regulations (40 CFR 167) that may be necessary to eliminate duplicative requirements should be promulgated, as appropriate.
