Abstract: REQUIRES CANADIAN CHARTER AIR TAXI OPERATORS TO REGISTER WITH THE DEPARTMENT IN ORDER TO OBTAIN THE REQUISITE AUTHORITY TO CONDUCT TRANSBORDER SERVICE BETWEEN CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES.
