Abstract: THIS DATA IS NEEDED TO REPORT INFORMATION INTO HUD SINGLE FAMILY DEFAULT MONITORING SYSTEM (SFDMS), WHICH TRACKS AND PRODUCES VARIOUS REPORTS CONTAINING INFORMATION ON MORTGAGES IN DEFAULT OR FORECLOSURE. THE FORMS ARE SUBMITTED BY MORTGAGEES AND ASSIST HUD IN MONITORING AND EVALUATING MORTGAGEES' SERVICING PRACTICES.
