Abstract: THE 1988 NATIONAL SURVEY CONSISTS OF PERSONAL INTERVIEWS WITH APPROXIMATELY 8,000 RESPONDENTS AGED 12 AND OLDER RANDOMLY SELECTED FROM THE HOUSEHOLD POPULATION OF THE COTERMINOUS 48 UNITED STATES.
