Abstract: CONTRACTORS SUBJECT TO THE PUBLIC CONTRACTS ACT MUST KEEP EMPLOYMENT RECORDS WHICH WOULD PERMIT DOL TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE WITH THE ACT. REGULAR DEALERS MUST NOTIFY MANUFACTURERS THAT FURNISH GOODS DIRECTLY TO THE U.S. THAT THE MINIMUM WAGE AND OVERTIME PROVISIONS OF SUCH CONTRACT WORK IS SUBJECT TO THE ACT.
