ON BOARD AN AIRCRAFT ARRIVING FROM A FOREIGN AIRPORT, ALONG WITH
THEIR DATES OF BIRTH AND PASSPORT NUMBERS, BE SUBMITTED TO THE
DISTRICT DIRECTOR IN CHARGE OF THE PORT OF ENTRY. THIS ACTION WILL
ENABLE INSPECTORS TO QUERY TECS PRIOR TO THE ARRIVAL,
