Abstract: INFORMATION MUST BE REPORTED TO THE BANK BOARD, JUSTICE AND THE U.S. ATTORNEY WHENEVER A CRIME OCCURS OR IS SUSPECTED AT AN FHLBB-REGULATED THRIFT INSTITUTION. THE INFORMATION IS USED TO DETERMINE IF FURTHER INVESTIGATION IS WARRANTED. IN ADDITION, THE INFORMATION MUST BE MAINTAINED FOR THREE YEARS AT THE AFFECTED INSTITUTION FOR USE BY THE FHLBB.
