QUANTITATIVE INFORMATION ON R&D
EXPENDITURES AND SCIENTIFIC AND ENGINEERING (S&E) EMPLOYMENT IN
SUPERCONDUCTIVITY IS NEEDED TO IMPROVE THE ABILITY OF THE FEDERAL
