Abstract: PERMIT APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS IN SECTION 507 AN 508 - P.L. 95-87 REQUIRE THE APPLICANT TO SUBMIT THE OPERATIONS AND RECLAMATION PLAN FOR THE UNDERGROUND MINING ACTIVITY.
