Abstract: SECTIONS 311 AND 312 OF SARA TITLE III REQUIRE COVERED FACILITIES TO PROVIDE CHEMICAL INFORMATION TO SERC'S (STATE EMERGENCY RESPONSE COMMISSIONS), LEPC'S (LOCAL EMERGENCY PLANNING COMMITTEES), AND FIRE DEPARTMENTS. THIS SURVEY WILL IDENTIFY INFORMATION MANAGEMENT ISSUES AND MODELS FOR USE IN OSWER'S EVALUATION OF A PERMANENT THRESHOLD LEVEL.
