approved with the exception of the quarterly reporting of excess
emissions. These reports are approved for semi-annual submission
only. THE SUPPORTING STATEMENT TO THIS ICR STATES THAT EPA INTENDS
TO REVISE THE CFR TO INCORPORATE THIS CHANGE BEFORE THE EXPIRATION
OF THE ICR.
