Abstract: OWNERS/OPERATORS OF STATIONARY GAS TURBINES MUST NOTIFY EPA OF CONSTRUCTIONS, MODIFICATIONS, STARTUPS, MALFUNCTION, AND DATES AND RESULTS OF PERFORMANCE TESTS. THE MUST REPORT PERIOD OF EXCESS SO2 AND NOX EMISSIONS QUARTERLY. THEY MUST MAINTAIN RECORDS OF (A) THE SULFUR AND NITROGEN CONTENT OF THE FUEL, (B) DATA FROM ALL TESTS, (C) DATA FR THE CONTINUOUS MONITORING SYSTEM, AND (D) DATA ON ANY STARTUP, SHUTDOW
