The reporting
and recordkeeping requirements of this ICR are approved except the
requirements for quarterly reporting of excess emissions.
Therefore, the approved burden is for 9,148 hours. On September 29,
1987 EPA proposed a change to semi-annual reporting. BEFORE
REQUESTING AN AXTENTION OF THIS APPROVAL, EPA SHOULD FINALIZE THIS
CHANGE AND INCORPORATE IT INTO THE CFR.
