Abstract: RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS IN SUBSECTIONS 112.9 AND 113.5 OF SBA'S RULES AND REGULATIONS CONTAIN THE SAME REQUIREMENT. (PART 112 IS LIMIT TO RETAIN DATA NECESSARY FOR THE COMPLETION OF A DATA COLLECTION FROM (SBA FORM 747). THE SBA FORM 793, "NOTICE TO NEW BORROWERS" SPELLS OUT TO THE APPLICANT WHAT SPECIFIC RECORDS MUST BE KEPT TO FULFILL THE REQUIREMENT.
