In accordance
with E.O. No. 12291 review and approval under the Paperwork
Reduction Act, the information collection is approved for use
through September 1991. The USDA Farmers Home Administration (FmHA)
should review the instructions to see if a reduction in burden can
be achieved through simplifying the general instructions for 7 CFR
1951-5. The FmHA will review the uses for which the information is
collected for 7 CFR 1951-5 to determine if all the information is
required. Particular attention should be given to assuring that all
the information requested is indeed, first, relevant and, second,
that all duplicative information is eliminated.
