Abstract: IN ACCORDANCE WITH A FEDERAL COURT ORDER AND THE AGRICULTURAL ACT OF 1987, FORM FMHA 1962-1 PROVIDES A UNIFORM WRITTEN METHOD FOR COUNTY SUPERVISORS TO APPROVE THE BORROWER'S PLANNED USE OF PROCEEDS FROM THE DISPOSITION OF CHATTEL SECURITY OWNED BY THE BORROWER, TO RECORD ANY CHANGES OF PLANNED USE, AND TO RECORD THE ACTUAL DISPOSITION OF CHATTEL SECURITY FOR THE YEAR OF OPERATION.
