Abstract: BOTH IN-PERSON AND TELEPHONE SURVEYS WILL BE USED TO ASSESSMENT THE EFFECTIVENESS OF A COMMUNITY BASED SMOKING INTERVENTION IN THREE DISTINCT GEOGRAPHIC LOCATIONS.
