Abstract: INFORMATION IS NEEDED T CONTROL WHOLESALE REQUEST FOR WAIVERS AND TO ENSURE THAT MINIMUM ACADEMIC STANDARDS AND THE DORMITORY CRITERIA ARE ADHERED TO. INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE VALIDITY OF WAIVING ACADEMIC STANDARDS. THE INFORMATION COLLECTION WILL INVOLVE TRIBAL GOVERNMENT AND LOCAL SCHOOL BOARDS.
