Abstract: THE FAA WILL HAVE AN INDEPENDENT TELEPHONE SURVEY CONDUCTED TO DETERMINE HOW ITS USERS VIEW THE QUALITY OF FAA'S PERFORMANCE. THE SURVEYS WILL BE CONDUCTED WITH PILOTS, AIRPORT MANAGERS AND PASSENGERS, AND THE FAA WILL USE THE RESULTS OF THE SURVEY AS A MANAGEMENT TOOL SO THAT SPECIFIC IMPROVEMENTS CAN BE TARGETED.
