Abstract: THIS STUDY OF THE IMPACTS OF THE COLLEGE SCIENCE INSTRUMENTATION PROGRAM DURING ITS FIRS THREE YEARS WILL IDENTIFY FACTORS WHICH TEND TO IMPEDE OR FACILITATE PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AND WILL DETERMINE EFFECTS CSIP HAS HAD ON STUDENT FACULTY, AND INSTITUTIONS. PROGRAM STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES WILL BE IDENTIFIED AND USED FOR IMPROVEMENT.
