Abstract: A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO 10 CFR PART 11 WILL PERMIT NRC TO USE INFORMATION ALREADY COLLECTED BY OTHER FEDERAL AGENCIES FOR SIMILAR ACCESS AUTHORIZATION PROGRAMS. SECTION 11.16 WOULD REQUIRE THAT LICENSEES PROMPTLY NOTIFY NRC OF THE WITHDRAWAL OR CANCELLATION OF A REQUEST FOR ACCESS AUTHORIZATION.
