Abstract: 10 CFR PART 35 CONTAINS REQUIREMENTS THAT APPLY TO NRC LICENSEES WHO ARE AUTHORIZED TO ADMINISTER BYPRODUCT MATERIAL OR ITS RADIATION TO HUMANS FOR MEDICAL CARE. THE INFORMATION IN THE REQUIRED REPORTS AND RECORDS IS USED BY THE NRC TO MAKE LICENSING AND REGULATORY DECISIONS TO ENSUR PROTECTION OF THE PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY.
