Abstract: RULE 95 REQUIRES AFFILIATED AND NONAFFILIATED SERVICE COMPANIES TO FILE FORMS U-13E-1 AND N-13E-1 PRIOR TO PERFORMING CONTRACTS FOR REGISTERED HOLDING COMPANIES OR THEIR SUBSIDIARIES, FOR SERVICES, CONSTRUCTION, OR THE SALE OF GOODS.
